At least one author of each accepted submission must complete a valid registration, including payment, by June 20, 2026 (Beijing Time, UTC+8), and attend the conference to present the work.
All presenters and attendees must register online. The detailed registration system and payment instructions will be announced after confirmation by the organizing committee.
Author Registration Policy
- Each accepted submission must be covered by at least one valid author registration.
- One regular registration can cover one accepted submission for final upload and presentation.
- If an author needs to cover additional accepted papers and those papers have no other registered author, an extra paper charge applies.
- Accepted submissions without valid registration may be excluded from the final conference program.
- At least one registered author must attend the conference and present the work.
Registration Category Policy
- The registration fee standard is determined by participant category, not by submission type.
- Full paper authors, short paper / extended abstract presenters, and participants without papers are expected to follow the same registration category standard, unless otherwise announced by the organizing committee.
- There is currently no separate discounted registration category for abstract-only or short-paper presentations.
- Detailed fee amounts will be announced after confirmation. The final fee table should distinguish participant types such as IEEE member, non-IEEE member, student, and accompanying person, rather than paper type.
Additional Charges
- Extra Paper Charge: 2100 RMB for each additional accepted paper beyond the first paper covered by one regular registration, if the additional paper has no other registered author.
- Extra Page Charge: 1200 RMB per extra page for papers exceeding the standard 6-page limit. A maximum of 2 extra pages is allowed.
- The extra page charge applies only to full papers that exceed the standard final paper length. Short papers / extended abstracts should follow their own length requirements.
Registration Includes
The registration fee is expected to include access to technical sessions, workshops/tutorials, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, conference banquet, and farewell event, subject to the final conference arrangement.
Not Included
Unless otherwise specified by the organizing committee, the registration fee does not include accommodation, international or domestic travel, visa, entry application or travel authorization fees, airport transfer, personal expenses, optional local tours, or additional hotel meals outside the official conference arrangement.
Refund Policy:
- Cancellations and refund requests will be handled according to the final policy announced by the organizing committee.
